Abstract
Claims
1. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump, comprising: A control device, comprising a first pipe and a second pipe, a first air pressure source inlet, and a first and a second channel within the control device, wherein a control lever controls the flow of high-pressure gas to the first or second pipe; a first air chamber is located on the right side of the control lever, and a second air chamber is located on the left side of the control lever; a conversion device, the control device and the conversion device being interconnected via the first and second pipes, wherein the conversion device has a second air pressure source inlet, and a third and a fourth channel within the conversion device, wherein a conversion lever within the conversion device controls the flow of high-pressure gas; a fourth air chamber is located on the right side of the conversion lever, and a third air chamber is located on the left side of the conversion lever; a first output port connecting the third air chamber and the first pipe, and a second output port connecting the fourth air chamber and the second pipe; and a pneumatic-to-hydraulic conversion device. The pneumatic-to-hydraulic pressurizing cylinder has one side sealed with an upper cover. A control device and a conversion device are provided on the outer periphery of the pneumatic-to-hydraulic pressurizing cylinder. The pneumatic-to-hydraulic pressurizing cylinder has a pneumatic chamber. An upper pressure pipe, a lower push pipe, an upper return pipe, and a lower return pipe are respectively connected to the pneumatic chamber. The upper return pipe is connected to the first air chamber, and the lower return pipe is connected to the second air chamber. The first output port is connected to the lower push pipe of the pneumatic chamber, and the second output port is connected to the upper pressure pipe of the pneumatic chamber. A pneumatic piston is provided inside the pneumatic chamber, and a hydraulic chamber is provided below the pneumatic chamber. A hydraulic piston is provided inside the hydraulic chamber, and the pneumatic piston is connected to and fixed to the hydraulic piston. An oil inlet is connected below the hydraulic chamber, and an oil outlet is connected to the side of the hydraulic chamber. This allows for the infinite circulation of high-pressure gas to pressurize and push hydraulic oil output at a multiplied flow rate.
2. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 1, wherein a first slider is slidably disposed in the first air chamber to push the control lever.
3. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 2, wherein a second slider is slidably disposed in the second air chamber to push the control lever.
4. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 3, wherein a fourth slider is slidably disposed in the fourth air chamber to push the conversion rod.
5. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 4, wherein a third slider is slidably disposed in the third air chamber to push the conversion rod.
6. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 5, wherein the oil outlet may be connected to a hydraulic device.
7. An external pneumatic-hydraulic booster pump as described in claim 6, wherein the hydraulic device may be a hydraulic vise, a hydraulic jack, a hydraulic clamp, a hydraulic fixture, a hydraulic press, or a hydraulic shear.
