Abstract

A locking component and a locking assembly of the same, the locking component includes a sleeve, locking members, a limiting member, and an elastic member. The sleeve is provided with a mounting through-hole and a limiting through-hole. The mounting through-hole goes through the sleeve along axially while the limiting through-hole goes across the sleeve radially and intercommunicates with the mounting through-hole. The sleeve has a receiving portion at an upper end face thereof. The limiting member is installed in the mounting through-hole and includes a first leading portion and a limiting protrusion. When the locking component is in a locking state, the first leading portion is located at the same height as the limiting through-hole, the locking members are received in the limiting through-hole and latched with leading portion. When the locking component changes from the locking state to the unlocking state, the limiting protrusion abuts against an upper face of the sleeve and moves into the receiving portion by the rotating of the limiting member. The elastic member is received in the mounting through-hole and is between the limiting member and the sleeve. The elastic member drives the sleeve axially, making the limiting protrusion fall into the receiving portion, meanwhile, the first leading portion push the locking members outward within the limiting through-hole. A locking process of the locking component is simple as the locking component can be changed between the locking state and the unlocking state without any tools.
