Abstract

[Problem] The present invention provides a rotating device that suppresses heat generation during rotation and improves anti-stripping properties. [Solution] The rolling bearing (1) of the present invention is a rotating device, which includes: an inner ring (2) having a track surface (2a) that contacts the ball (4), and a grease composition (7) that lubricates the contact portion between the ball (4) and the inner ring (2). The inner ring (2) has a nitrided layer formed on the track surface (2a), the average nitrogen concentration on the surface is 0.10% by mass or more, the surface hardness is 800 Hv or more and 1000 Hv or less, the residual ferrite content on the surface is 20% by volume or less, the grease composition (7) contains base oil and thickener, the dynamic viscosity of the base oil at 40°C is 12 mm² / s or more and 26 mm² / s or less, and the maximum value of the storage elastic modulus of the grease composition (7) is in the range of 50000 Pa or less under the viscoelastic measurement conditions of 25°C, strain of 1×10⁻⁵ to 5×10⁻³, and frequency of 1 Hz.
