Abstract

[Problem] To provide a valve capable of suppressing pressure loss. [Solution] In the body (11) of valve 1, a first valve chamber (11c) and a second valve chamber (11d) are formed along a predetermined direction. A first inflow path (11e) and a second inflow path (11f) are common to these two chambers and extend from the inflow path (11m) to the first valve chamber (11c) and the second valve chamber (11d), respectively. A connecting flow path (11j) extends along a predetermined direction and connects to the first valve chamber (11c) and the second valve chamber (11d). Gas flowing into the first inflow path (11e) and the second inflow path (11f) is discharged from the outlet path (11k) via the first valve chamber (11c), the second valve chamber (11d), and the connecting flow path (11j).
