Abstract
Claims
1. A switch valve with a switch display function, comprising: a body, one end of which is rotatably provided with a valve core; A rotary handle includes a control element, a handle, and a display element. The control element is rotatably connected to the valve core and is synchronously rotatable with it. The surface of the control element opposite to the main body has a top abutment. The handle is pivotally mounted on the control element and rotatably between an open and closed position. The handle has a through-groove, and the display element is slidably disposed within the groove. One end of the display element is adjacent to the control element, and the other end has a display portion exposed on the side of the handle opposite to the control element. The side of the handle adjacent to the main body has a virtual reference surface perpendicular to the valve core. When the handle is in the open position, the display element is disengaged from the top abutment, and the distance from the display portion to the reference surface forms a first height. When the handle is in the closed position, the display element abuts against the top abutment, and the distance from the display portion to the reference surface forms a second height, which is greater than the first height.
2. A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 1, wherein the control member has a first stop and a second stop on the surface opposite to the body, the handle can rotate about the valve core in a first direction or a second direction, the first direction and the second direction being clockwise and counterclockwise respectively, a first protrusion is provided on the side of the handle adjacent to the control member, when the handle rotates in the first direction, the handle moves towards the open position, when the handle is in the open position, the first protrusion abuts against the first stop, so that the handle can drive the control member to rotate synchronously in the first direction, when the handle rotates in the second direction, the handle moves towards the closed position, when the handle is in the closed position, the first protrusion abuts against the second stop.

A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 2, wherein the surface of the control member opposite to the body is provided with a first low point, a first high point and a first ramp, the first low point is adjacent to the first stop, the first high point is adjacent to the second stop, the distance from the first low point to the body is less than the distance from the first high point to the body, the first ramp is disposed between the first low point and the first high point, the first protrusion is able to maintain contact with the control member, when the handle moves from the open position to the closed position, the first protrusion sequentially contacts the first low point, the first ramp and the first high point, and when the handle moves from the closed position to the open position, the first protrusion sequentially contacts the first high point, the first ramp and the first low point.
4. A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 3, wherein the handle includes an end cap and an elastic member, the end cap being connected to one end of the valve core opposite to the body and disposed on the side of the handle opposite to the control member, the elastic member being sleeved on the valve core, one end of the elastic member abutting against the end cap and the other end abutting against the handle, the elastic member being able to provide a thrust to keep the handle in contact with the control member.
5. A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 4, wherein the handle includes a locking member abutting against the end cap on the side opposite to the handle, one end of the locking member passing through the end cap and screwed to the valve core.

A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 3, wherein the handle has a narrow section and a wide section on the inner periphery of the slide groove, and a shoulder is provided between the narrow section and the wide section. The width of the narrow section is smaller than the width of the wide section. The narrow section is adjacent to the control member. The wide section is located on the side of the narrow section opposite to the control member. The display member has a narrow portion and a wide portion. The narrow portion is inserted into the narrow section, and the wide portion is inserted into the wide section. The display portion is located on the surface of the wide portion opposite to the narrow portion. When the handle is in the open position, the wide portion abuts against the shoulder. When the handle is in the closed position, the wide portion disengages from the shoulder.
7. A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 6, wherein a hook is provided at one end of the display near the control member, the hook being adjacent to the narrow portion and protruding out of the slide groove, and when the handle is in the open position, the hook disengages from the outer periphery of the handle near the control member, and when the handle is in the closed position, the hook abuts against the outer periphery of the handle near the control member.

A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 3, wherein the control member has a third stop and a fourth stop on the surface opposite to the body, the handle has a second protrusion on the side adjacent to the control member, the first protrusion and the second protrusion are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the valve core, the second protrusion abuts against the third stop when the handle is in the open position, and the second protrusion abuts against the fourth stop when the handle is in the closed position.

A switch valve with a switch display function as described in claim 8, wherein the surface of the control member opposite to the body is provided with a second low point, a second high point and a second ramp, the second low point being adjacent to the third stop, the second high point being adjacent to the fourth stop, the distance from the second low point to the body being less than the distance from the second high point to the body, the second ramp being disposed between the second low point and the second high point, the second protrusion being able to maintain contact with the control member, and when the handle moves from the open position to the closed position, the second protrusion sequentially contacts the second low point, the second ramp and the second high point; when the handle moves from the closed position to the open position, the second protrusion sequentially contacts the second high point, the second ramp and the second low point.
