Cover structure for covering a well plate, use thereof for staining slide, and automatic processing device comprising the same

Abstract

A cover structure for covering a well plate includes n grooves and a positioning structure. The n grooves are formed on the top of the cover structure, the positioning structure is formed on the top of the cover structure and is disposed inside or outside the groove, n is a positive integer, and the positioning structure matches position of a hole of the well plate. A use of the cover structure for staining a slide includes: inserting the slide into the groove, and staining the slide. An automated processing device includes a sample area used to accommodate combination of the cover structure and the well plate, the positioning module used to determine the spatial position of the cover structure by the positioning structure of the cover structure, and a mechanical module coupled to the positioning module, and has a liquid suction and discharge mechanism.
