Fixed flow continuous supply device

Abstract

The fixed flow rate continuous supply device 1 of the present invention includes: a supply unit 11 having a raw material supply gate 111 at its lower end; a metering unit 12 having a raw material discharge gate 122 at its lower end and measuring the supply weight of the raw material supplied from the supply gate 111 to the metering container 121; a discharge hopper 13 having a flow regulating valve 131 at its lower end for adjusting the flow rate of the raw material and receiving the supply weight of raw material discharged from the discharge gate 122; and a control unit 20 capable of controlling the supply unit 11, the metering unit 12, and the flow regulating valve 131; the control unit 20 can change the supply weight measured in the metering unit 12.
