Abstract
This invention provides a touch keyboard, comprising keycaps and a membrane assembly. The membrane assembly is disposed beneath the keycaps, and the keycaps form a keycap projection area on the membrane assembly. The membrane assembly includes a first capacitive electrode layer, a second capacitive electrode layer, and a spacer layer. A capacitor is formed between the first and second capacitive electrode layers. The first capacitive electrode layer includes first switch regions, which are respectively located within the keycap projection area. The second capacitive electrode layer includes second switch regions, which are also located within the keycap projection area and at least partially overlap with the first switch regions in the vertical direction. The spacer layer has spacer holes corresponding to the overlapping areas of the first and second switch regions, maintaining a first spacing between them.
