Abstract

The present invention is characterized in that: it comprises an electrode body having a positive electrode (11) and a negative electrode (12) wound along the long side direction with a separator (13) in between; the negative electrode (12) includes a negative electrode current collector (40) and a negative electrode compound layer (41) disposed on the negative electrode current collector (40), and has an opposing portion (42) facing the positive electrode (11) with a separator (13) in between, and a non-opposing portion (43) extending from the winding end of the opposing portion (42) toward the winding end side of the electrode body (14); and the non-opposing portion (43) is folded back toward the winding start side within the range where the long side end (12A) of the negative electrode (12) does not face the positive electrode (11).
