Abstract

[Topic] In connectors that connect flat conductors to a substrate, improve the isolation characteristics of the connector to reduce noise. [Solution] The connector (1) has a signal terminal, a first ground terminal (21), a second ground terminal (31), and a housing (51); the housing (51) has an insertion part (52) into which the end of a flat conductor is inserted from the front of the housing (51); the first ground terminal (21) is respectively disposed to the right and left of the signal terminal, the signal terminal and the first ground terminal (21) extend forward from the rear of the housing (51), the second ground terminal (31) is disposed to the right of the first ground terminal (21) on the right or to the left of the first ground terminal (21) on the left, and extends backward from the front of the housing (51). When the connector (1) is viewed from the right or left, the front of the signal terminal, the front of the first ground terminal (21) and the rear of the second ground terminal (31) overlap each other respectively.
