Abstract

The radiation imaging device of the present invention includes: a sensor unit comprising a plurality of pixels arranged in a two-dimensional shape and generating signals corresponding to radiation; and a sensor control unit for driving the aforementioned sensor unit by time-delay integration; and the aforementioned sensor unit includes: a first region composed of a portion of the aforementioned pixels and driven by the aforementioned sensor control unit at a first scan rate; and a second region composed of another portion of the aforementioned pixels and driven by the aforementioned sensor control unit at a second scan rate different from the aforementioned first scan rate.
