Abstract
Description
Hanging tools This invention relates to a hanging tool, and more particularly to a hanging tool with selectable hanging positions. In recent years, immersion liquid cooling technology has gradually gained attention in order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of servers. Compared with traditional air cooling and water cooling systems, immersion liquid cooling can directly immerse the server in a non-conductive and low-boiling-point coolant, thereby reducing the server's operating temperature through the efficient heat conduction properties of liquid, thus improving operational stability and energy efficiency. In immersion liquid cooling systems, the placement of servers differs from traditional rack or cabinet configurations. A common method involves immersing the servers in coolant using hanging tools. However, due to the variety of server types and the different hanging positions for the mounting rings, a hanging tool compatible with various mounting locations is required. Please refer to Figure 1, which is a plan view showing the use of existing lifting tools to suspend a server. As shown in Figure 1, the existing lifting tool PA100 includes a lifting frame body PA1 and two hooks PA2 and PA3. The lifting frame body PA1 is used to suspend the boom, while the two hooks PA2 and PA3 are rotatably mounted at both ends of the lifting frame body PA1. Since the two hooks PA2 and PA3 are rotatably mounted at both ends of the lifting frame body PA1, the suspension position can be changed by rotation to accommodate various servers PA200 with different lifting ring settings. As mentioned above, although the existing hanging tool PA100 can change the hanging position by means of the rotatable hooks PA2 and PA3, when the hooks PA2 and PA3 deviate from the vertical direction due to rotation, a lateral component force will be generated. This will cause the lifting rings of the hanger body PA1 and the server PA200 to easily become fatigued due to the lateral stress, and may even break due to fatigue failure. In view of the prior art, existing hanging tools mainly consist of two hooks rotatably mounted at both ends of the hanger body, so as to change the hanging position by rotating the hooks, thereby suspending servers with different ring settings. However, this design of changing the hanging position by rotation is prone to generating lateral stress due to deviation from the vertical direction, which in turn causes the hanger body or server to bear excessive lateral stress and cause fatigue failure. Therefore, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a hanging tool that can adjust the hook setting position according to the ring position of the object to be suspended. To solve the problems of the prior art, the necessary technical means adopted by the present invention is to provide a hanging tool for hanging an object, which includes a hanging frame body, a connecting hook and a plurality of movable universal hooks. The hanger body includes a central hanging part and two extension bracket parts. The central hanging part has a hook lifting hole. The two extension bracket parts extend from both sides of the central hanging part and face away from each other. Each extension bracket part has a hook position adjustment hole and a plurality of hook positioning slots arranged along a hook position adjustment direction in the hook position adjustment hole. The connecting hook is pivotally connected to the central hanging part at the hook lifting hole. A plurality of movable universal hooks are movably installed in the hook position adjustment holes of the two extension brackets for hanging the object, and are positioned by selectively moving to the hook positioning slots to balance the object. In one of the auxiliary technical means derived from the aforementioned necessary technical means, the connecting hook includes a hook body and a fastening ring. The hook body is hooked into the hook lifting hole, and the fastening ring is rotatably connected to the hook body. In one of the auxiliary technical means derived from the aforementioned necessary technical means, the hanger body further includes two end hook structures, which extend from the two extension brackets respectively, and the hanging tool further includes two fixed universal hooks, which are respectively disposed on the two end hook structures. Preferably, the two end hook structures form an opening with the two extended support portions, so that the two fixed universal hooks are detachably installed in the two end hook structures. In one of the auxiliary technical means derived from the aforementioned necessary technical means, each of the movable universal hooks further includes a set of connectors and a universal hook, the set of connectors being movably disposed in the hook position adjustment hole, and the universal hook being assembled to the set of connectors. Among the auxiliary technical means derived from the aforementioned necessary technical means, the hanging tool is an immersion liquid-cooled server hanging tool. As described above, the present invention provides a plurality of hook positioning grooves in the two hook position adjustment holes of the hanger body to allow the movable universal hooks set in the two hook position adjustment holes to be selectively positioned, thereby adjusting according to the position of the lifting ring of the object to be hung, and thus applicable to objects with different spacing of the lifting ring. The specific embodiments adopted in this invention will be further explained through the following embodiments and drawings. The universal hook 32a includes an adapter ring 321a and a hook 322a. The adapter ring 321a is movably connected to the C-ring 311a, and the hook 322a is rotatably connected to the adapter ring 321a. Please refer to Figures 4 and 5. Figure 4 is a plan view showing the hanging tool of the present invention for hanging objects; Figure 5 is an enlarged view of circle B in Figure 4. As shown in Figures 2 to 5, in this embodiment, when a user wants to hang an object 200a, the user can selectively use fixed universal hooks 4a and 4b to hang the two hanging rings 201a and 202a respectively, based on the distance between the two hanging rings 201a and 202a of the object 200a. Then, the entire hanging tool 100 is suspended from a hanger 300 through the connecting hook 2, so that the object 200a is suspended on a liquid cooling tank 400. Then, the hanger 300 can drive the hanging tool 100 to move the entire object 200a into the liquid cooling tank 400 for installation. Please refer to Figure 6, which is a plan view showing the hanging tool of the present invention for hanging an object. As shown in Figures 2 to 6, in this embodiment, when a user wants to hang an object 200b, the movable universal hooks 3a and 3b can be selectively moved to the hook positioning slots 1213 and 1312 respectively, based on the distance between the two lifting rings 201b and 202b of the object 200b, so as to hook the two lifting rings 201b and 202b. In addition, since the fixed universal hooks 4a and 4b are detachably provided on the end hook structures 14 and 15 respectively, the fixed universal hooks 4a and 4b can also be detached from the end hook structures 14 and 15 respectively, so as to prevent the fixed universal hooks 4a and 4b from contacting the object 200b. Please refer to Figure 7, which is a plan view showing the hanging tool of the present invention for hanging an object. As shown in Figures 2 to 5 and Figure 7, in this embodiment, when a user wants to hang an object 200c, the user can selectively use fixed universal hooks 4a and 4b to hang the two lifting rings 201c and 202c respectively, based on the distance between the two lifting rings 201c and 202c of the object 200c. Please refer to Figure 8, which is a plan view showing the hanging tool of the present invention for hanging objects. As shown in Figures 2 to 5 and Figure 8, in this embodiment, when a user wants to hang an object 200d, the movable universal hooks 3a and 3b can be selectively moved to the hook positioning slots 1214 and 1311 respectively for positioning, based on the distance between the two lifting rings 201d and 202d of the object 200d, so as to hook the two lifting rings 201d and 202d. Please refer to Figure 9, which is a plan view showing the hanging tool of the present invention for hanging objects. As shown in Figures 2 to 5 and Figure 9, in this embodiment, when a user wants to hang an object 200e, the movable universal hooks 3a and 3b can be selectively moved to the hook positioning slots 1213 and 1312 respectively for positioning, based on the distance between the two lifting rings 201e and 202e of the object 200e, so as to hook the two lifting rings 201e and 202e. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the hanging tool 100 is an immersion liquid-cooled server hanging tool, while the objects 200a-200e in the above embodiment are servers. However, it is not limited to this and can also be used to hang other devices or equipment in other embodiments. In summary, because prior art hanging tools rotatably mount two hooks at both ends of the hanger body, when hanging servers with different hook positions, lateral stress can easily occur due to deviation from the vertical direction. This can cause excessive lateral stress on the hanger body or the server, leading to fatigue failure. In contrast, the hanging tool of this invention has multiple hook positioning slots in the two hook position adjustment holes of the hanger body, allowing the movable universal hooks in the two hook position adjustment holes to be selectively positioned. The positioning position can be adjusted according to the hook position of the object to be hung. Therefore, when the hanging tool of this invention is used to hang objects with hooks of different spacing, the entire object can be hung with the hook angles almost all vertical, thus avoiding excessive lateral stress on the hanger body or the object and effectively preventing damage to the hanger body or the object. The hanging tool provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention can be installed in, for example, a server host, which can be used for artificial intelligence (AI) computing, edge computing, etc., and can also be used as a 5G server, cloud server or vehicle networking server, etc. The detailed description of the preferred embodiments above is intended to more clearly illustrate the features and spirit of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention to the preferred embodiments disclosed above. Rather, the aim is to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements within the scope of the patent claims made by the present invention.
