Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention provides a connecting member for connecting a plurality of cold plates. The connecting member includes a base, two first flow paths, two second flow paths, and two third flow paths. The base has a first surface and a second surface located opposite the first surface. The two first flow paths penetrate the first and second surfaces and extend along a first direction. The two second flow paths open at a third surface orthogonal to the first surface and extend along a second direction different from the first direction. The two third flow paths extend along directions different from both the first and second directions. One of the two third flow paths connects one of the two first flow paths to one of the two second flow paths. The other of the two third flow paths connects the other of the two first flow paths to the other of the two second flow paths.
