Abstract

A light-emitting diode and a light-emitting diode display device are provided. The light-emitting diode in some examples includes a semiconductor layer, a first element electrode on the semiconductor layer, a second element electrode on the semiconductor layer, a first auxiliary electrode connected to the first element electrode and located on one side surface of the light-emitting diode, a first protection layer on the first element electrode and the second element electrode, and a second protection layer on the first auxiliary electrode and the first protection layer.
