Self-propelled cleaning apparatus

Abstract

The present application provides a self-propelled cleaning apparatus. The apparatus includes a main unit configured to autonomously move for cleaning; a robotic arm compartment module disposed above the main unit along a vertical direction, forming a robotic arm compartment therebetween; and a robotic arm module mounted on the main unit and stowed within the compartment. The compartment module is rotatable to open the compartment, allowing the robotic arm module to extend for operation. The apparatus automatically identifies obstacles during cleaning, actuates the arm to grasp obstacles or move doors, reducing manual intervention and improving cleaning efficiency and coverage. When not in use, the arm retracts into the compartment, saving space and maintaining a neat, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
