Abstract

The objective of this invention is to provide a body patch that provides the user with a sufficient cooling sensation, minimal and comfortable use with minimal stimulation, and a noticeable effect of clearing the head. The body patch of this invention has a gel layer. The gel layer contains (A) carbon dioxide, (B) TRPM8 activator, and (C) water. The content of component (A) in the gel layer is 5 g / m² or more. The content of component (B) in the gel layer is 0.001% by mass or more and 0.20% by mass or less. The thickness of the gel layer is 1.5 mm or more. Preferably, component (B) contains (B1) menthoxypropylene glycol or methyl lactate and (B2) menthol.
