Abstract
A novel camptothecin compound, a linker-camptothecin compound, and use thereof in ligand-drug conjugates. In particular, the camptothecin compound and the antibody-drug conjugate produced therefrom have good inhibitory activity against tumors both in vivo and in vitro, exhibiting significant toxicity and efficacy. In addition, the appropriate metabolic rate also provides sufficient safety assurance. These advantages are of great value to the development of antibody-drug conjugates in clinical treatment.
