Abstract

This application relates to a combination of a THR-β agonist and a GLP-1 receptor agonist, wherein the THR-β agonist is a compound of formula (I), its tautomer, solvate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and the GLP-1 receptor agonist is selected from smegglutide, telposide, or retaglutide. This application also relates to the use of the combination of a THR-β agonist and a GLP-1 receptor agonist in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment and / or prevention of metabolic disorders. This combination has significant effects on weight loss, reduction of serum total cholesterol, and decrease in liver triglyceride levels.
