[0016] In the following description, if it is indicated that a specific diagram is referred to or as shown in a specific diagram, it is only to emphasize that most of the relevant content mentioned in the following description appears in that specific diagram, but does not limit the following description to refer only to that specific diagram.

[0017] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. Figures 1 and 2 are combined schematic diagrams of the first embodiment of the control device of the present invention from different perspectives, and Figures 3 and 4 are exploded schematic diagrams of the first embodiment of the control device of the present invention from different angles.

[0018] The control device A1 of the present invention includes two handle portions 1 and a power supply module 2. The two handle portions 1 are detachably connected to the power supply module 2. After the two handle portions 1 and the power supply module 2 are connected, they together form a full-size control handle. In one embodiment, after the two handle portions 1 are connected to the power supply module 2, the top surface of the two handle portions 1 can completely cover the power supply module 2, that is, when the user normally holds the control device A1, the power supply module 2 will not be visible.

[0019] When the two handle parts 1 are engaged with the power supply module 2, the power supply module 2 is located between the two handle parts 1 and provides the power required for the operation of each handle part 1. Each handle part 1 does not contain a power supply unit; that is, each handle part 1 does not contain a rechargeable battery. The power supply module 2, however, contains a rechargeable battery.

[0020] By designing that each handle part 1 does not contain a battery, while the power supply module 2 contains a rechargeable battery, and that the power supply module 2 can be separated from the two handle parts 1, the control device A1 can achieve the function of battery replacement, thereby complying with the relevant European battery regulations.

[0021] In existing technologies, control handles (or game controllers) typically house rechargeable batteries. This design means that as the batteries age, they may swell or leak, potentially damaging surrounding electronic components and rendering the entire control handle (or game controller) unusable. The control device A1 of this invention, by eliminating the need for a power supply unit (e.g., a rechargeable battery) inside each handle portion 1, effectively solves the problems associated with conventional control handles (or game controllers).

[0022] Furthermore, by making the two handle sections 1 and the power supply module 2 detachable, the user can replace the power supply module 2 at any time. In the prior art, when the control handle is out of power, the user must charge the control handle (or game controller) via an electrical connection cable, which causes inconvenience in use.

[0023] Each handle 1 has multiple operating components 11. In practical applications, some of the operating components 11 may be buttons, some may be joysticks, and some may be touchpads, which can be selected according to actual needs.

[0024] Each handle portion 1 has a handle engagement structure 12 on its inner side. Each handle portion 1 also has a power connection structure 13 on its inner side. The power connection structure 13 can be, for example, various electrical connectors, such as USB Type-C, but is not limited thereto.

[0025] The power supply module 2 includes a main body 21, two auxiliary engaging structures 22, a rechargeable battery 23, at least one power supply connection structure 24, and an external power connection structure 25. An auxiliary engaging structure 22 is provided on each of the opposite sides of the main body 21. The auxiliary engaging structures 22 are used to engage with the handle engaging structure 12 of the handle portion 1.

[0026] In one embodiment, the auxiliary engagement structure 22 and the handle engagement structure 12 can be a slide groove structure and a track structure, respectively, allowing the user to easily engage or disengage the handle 1 from the power supply module 2 without the need for tools. In one embodiment, the auxiliary engagement structure 22 and the handle engagement structure 12 can be a track structure and a slide groove structure, respectively.

[0027] A rechargeable battery 23 is housed within the main body 21. A power supply connection structure 24 is also housed within the main body 21 and is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery 23. The power supply connection structure 24 and the handle connection structure 13 can be, for example, mutually pluggable electrical connectors; that is, one of them is a male connector and the other a female connector. The specific type of electrical connector used for the power supply connection structure 24 and the handle connection structure 13 is not limited here and can be designed according to actual needs. For example, the power supply connection structure 24 and the handle connection structure 13 can be a male and female USB Type-C connector, respectively.

[0028] It should be noted that the form of the power supply connection structure 24 and the handle flashlight connection structure 13 is not limited to the electrical connector shown in the figure. In different embodiments, the power supply connection structure 24 and the handle flashlight connection structure 13 may each include multiple metal contacts; when the two handle parts 1 are connected to the power supply module 2, the multiple metal contacts of the power supply connection structure 24 and the multiple metal contacts of the handle flashlight connection structure 13 are in contact with each other.

[0029] An external electrical connection structure 25 is disposed on the main body 21. The external electrical connection structure 25 can be, for example, various electrical connectors, and can be connected to an external power supply device (e.g., a computer, power bank, etc.) via an electrical connection cable. This allows the external power supply device to charge the rechargeable battery 23 in the power supply module 2 via the electrical connection cable. In different embodiments, the external electrical connection structure 25 can also be multiple metal contacts. The power supply module 2 can contact multiple metal contacts of an external power supply device (e.g., a specially designed battery charging dock) via these multiple metal contacts, thereby allowing the external power supply device to charge the rechargeable battery in the power supply module 2 via these multiple metal contacts. Of course, in one embodiment, the power supply module 2 may include two types of external electrical connection structures 25: one is an electrical connector, and the other is a metal contact.

[0030] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, when the handle engagement structure 12 and auxiliary engagement structure 22 of each handle part 1 are engaged with each other, and the handle power connection structure 13 and power supply connection structure 24 are engaged with each other, the two handle parts 1 can thereby obtain power from the rechargeable battery 23 in the power supply module 2. In one embodiment, the main body 21 of the power supply module 2 may also be provided with a switch unit 26 and a power display unit 27. The switch unit 26 is used to provide user operation to start or stop the power supply module 2 to supply power to the two handle parts 1. The power display unit 27 is used to display the power level of the rechargeable battery 23. Through the design of the switch unit 26 and the power display unit 27, the user can clearly know the power level of the rechargeable battery in the power supply module 2 and the current power supply status.

[0031] In one embodiment, at least one of the handle parts 1 may also be provided with an electrical connector 14 for connecting to an electrical connection line. The handle part 1 can obtain power, transmit information or receive information through the electrical connection line. The power obtained by the electrical connector 14 through the electrical connection line can be transmitted to the other handle part 1 through the power supply module 2. The power required for the operation of the two handle parts 1 can be obtained through the electrical connector 14 and the electrical connection line.

[0032] Specifically, the electrical connector 14 can be, for example, a USB connector. When the power supply module 2 is low on power, the user can insert one end of the electrical cable into the electrical connector 14 of the handle 1 and the other end into a power supply device (such as a power bank, computer, etc.). In this way, both handles 1 can obtain the power required for operation through the electrical cable and the electrical connector 14. In the case where the control device A1 is connected to a game console, computer, or other device via the electrical cable, the power required for the operation of the two handles 1 can be obtained through the electrical cable, and the two handles 1 can also transmit signals to the game console, computer, or other device via the electrical cable.

[0033] In different embodiments, when the power supply module 2 is connected to the two handle parts 1, and the electrical connector 14 of the handle part 1 is connected to an external power supply device through an electrical connection line, the rechargeable battery 23 of the power supply module 2 can also be charged.

[0034] As described above, the control device A1 of the present invention, by designing each handle part 1 to have a handle engagement structure 12 and a handle power connection structure 13, and cooperating with the power supply module 2 to have a power supply connection structure 24 and an auxiliary engagement structure 22, allows the user to conveniently and quickly connect the two handle parts 1 to the power supply module 2, thereby obtaining a full-size wireless control handle. The user can then use this full-size wireless control handle to connect with various game consoles, computers, etc.

[0035] By incorporating the electrical connector 14 into the handle 1, the user can connect the control device A1 to devices such as game consoles and computers via an electrical cable. The power required for the operation of the control device A1 can be obtained through the electrical cable and connector 14. Furthermore, the control device A1 can transmit relevant control signals to devices such as game consoles and computers via the electrical cable. In other words, even when the two handles 1 are connected via the power supply module 2, the user can also use the electrical cable to connect the control device A1 to devices such as game consoles and computers in a wired manner.

[0036] In this embodiment, when the electrical connection cable is connected to a game console (or computer, etc.), the operating component 11 is controlled, and the resulting control signal is transmitted to the game console via the electrical connection cable. Of course, if the electrical connection cable is only connected to a power bank or other device that simply provides power, the control signal generated by the handle 1 is transmitted wirelessly to devices such as game consoles, computers, smartphones, and tablets.

[0037] In practical applications, one of the handles 1 is also equipped with a processing module 15. The processing module 15 can determine whether the device connected to the power supply module 2 via the electrical connection cable can receive the control signals generated by the operation of each handle 1. If the processing module 15 determines that the device connected by the electrical connection cable only has the function of power supply, the processing module 15 will transmit the control signal outward wirelessly. Of course, before transmitting the control signal wirelessly, the processing module 15 will first establish a wireless connection with an external device (such as a smartphone, tablet, game console, computer, etc.).

[0038] Please refer to Figures 5 to 7 together. Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the combination of the two handles and the support plate of the control device of the present invention. Figures 6 and 7 are exploded schematic diagrams of the two handles and the support plate of the control device of the present invention from different perspectives.

[0039] The two handle engagement structures 12 of the two handle portions 1 of the control device A1 of the present invention can also engage with a plate engagement structure A22 on each side of a support plate A2, and the two handle portions 1 can be connected to each other through the plate engagement structures A22. After the two handle portions 1 are connected to the support plate A2, the two handle portions 1 and the support plate A2 can jointly hold an electronic device B. The electronic device B is, for example, a smartphone, a tablet computer, etc., and is not limited thereto.

[0040] The support plate A2 includes, for example, a support body A20, an inner connector A21, two plate engaging structures A22, two outer connectors A23, and a processing module A24. A plate engaging structure A22 is provided at each end of the support body A20. The inner connector A21 is located on one side of the support body A20 and is used to interlock with the electrical connector of the electronic device B. The processing module A24 is located inside the support body A20. The processing module A24 is electrically connected to the inner connector A21 and the two outer connectors A23. The two outer connectors A23 are located at both ends of the support body A20, and each outer connector A23 is located adjacent to each plate engaging structure A22.

[0041] When the two plate engagement structures A22 of the support plate A2 and the two handle engagement structures 12 of the two handle parts 1 are engaged with each other, the two external connectors A23 and the two handle power connection structures 13 are interconnected. After the operating components 11 of each handle part 1 are operated, the resulting operating signals are transmitted to the processing module A24 through the handle power connection structure 13 and the external connectors A23. The processing module A24 can then transmit the operating signals to the electronic device B through the internal connector A21. Similarly, the electronic device B can also transmit signals to the processor inside each handle part 1 through the internal connector A21, the external connectors A23, and the handle power connection structure 13.

[0042] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the two handle engagement structures 12 of the two handle parts 1 can engage with the two plate engagement structures A22 of the support plate A2, and the two handle engagement structures 12 can also engage with the two auxiliary engagement structures 22 of the power supply module 2, but this is not a limitation. In different embodiments, each handle part 1 may have two different engagement structures, one of which is used to engage with the plate engagement structure A22, and the other is used to engage with the auxiliary engagement structure 22.

[0043] It should be noted that after the two handle parts 1 are connected to the support plate A2, the power required for the operation of the two handle parts 1 can be obtained from the electronic device B through the handle power connection structure 13, the external connector A23, the internal connector A21, and the connector of the electronic device B. Of course, when the electrical connector 14 of the handle part 1 is connected to an external power supply device (such as a power bank) through an electrical connection line, the power required for the operation of the handle part 1 can be provided by the external power supply device through the electrical connection line.

[0044] In one variation, the support plate A2 may also contain a rechargeable battery, which can supply power to the two handles 1 via an external connector A23. The support plate A2 may also have a charging connector, which can be connected to an external power source via an electrical connection wire, so that the external power source can charge the rechargeable battery inside the support plate A2.

[0045] Please refer to Figure 8, which is a schematic diagram of the combination of the two handles of the control device of the present invention and a support plate of another embodiment. The biggest difference between the support plate A3 of this embodiment and the support plate of the previous embodiment is that the support body A20 of the support plate A3 includes a rotating shaft mechanism A201 and two support parts A202. The two support parts A202 are connected by the rotating shaft mechanism A201, and either support part A202 can be operated to rotate relative to the other support part A202. With this design, the user can rotate one handle 1 towards the other handle 1 as needed, thereby facilitating storage.

[0046] Please refer to Figure 9, which is a schematic diagram of the combination of the two handles of the control device of the present invention and the support plate of another embodiment. The support plate A4 of this embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that: the support body A20 of the support plate A4 includes an intermediate member A203, two telescopic members A204, and a plurality of elastic members A205. One end of one telescopic member A204 is movably connected to one end of the intermediate member A203, and one end of the other telescopic member A204 is movably connected to the other end of the intermediate member A203.

[0047] One elastic element A205 has its two ends connected to one telescopic member A204 and the intermediate member A203, respectively, and the other elastic element A205 has its two ends connected to the other telescopic member A204 and the intermediate member A203, respectively. When the two handles 1 are operated and move away from each other, the two elastic elements A205 will elastically deform. When the two handles 1 are no longer operated, the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation of the elastic elements A205 will cause the two handles 1 to move closer to each other.

[0048] As described above, the support plate A4 of this embodiment, through the design of the intermediate component A203, the telescopic component A204 and the elastic component A205, allows the control device A1 to hold electronic devices of different sizes, such as smartphones and tablets.

[0049] Please refer to Figure 10, which is a schematic diagram of the control device kit of the present invention. The control device kit A of the present invention includes: two handle parts 1, a power supply module 2, and a support plate A2. The control device kit A is mainly sold as a set, consisting of the two handle parts 1, the power supply module 2, and the support plate A2. After purchasing the control device kit A, consumers can selectively connect the two handle parts 1 to the power supply module 2, or connect the two handle parts 1 to the support plate A2, according to their needs. Regarding the connection relationships between the various handle parts 1, the power supply module 2, and the support plate A2, and their various variations, please refer to the description of the foregoing embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

[0050] In other words, after purchasing the control device kit A of the present invention, if the user wants to play games using a television, screen, etc., the user can connect the two handle parts 1 to the power supply module 2 to obtain a full-size control handle. If the user wants to play games on a mobile phone or tablet, the two handle parts 1 can be connected to the support plate A4, and the two handle parts 1 and the support plate A4 can jointly hold the mobile phone or tablet.

[0051] In summary, the control device and control device kit of the present invention, through the design of detachably connecting the two handles to the power supply module, allows the control device to comply with relevant European battery regulations, and enables users to easily and quickly replace the battery. Furthermore, the design of separating the two handles from the power supply module also facilitates user storage.

[0052] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and does not limit the patent scope of the present invention. Therefore, all equivalent technical changes made based on the description and drawings of the present invention are included within the protection scope of the present invention.
