Abstract
[Problem] The problem of this invention is to provide a fluoride removal agent that can automatically remove fluoride compounds, particularly phosphorus trifluoride (PF3), from exhaust gases. [Solution] The above problem is solved by a fluoride removal agent containing, based on the weight of the fluoride removal agent, 60% to 98% manganese (Mn) as MnO and 0.5% to 20% alkali metal as oxides, and free of calcium (Ca).
