Abstract

A liquid guiding portion (114) of a liquid dispensing device (100) includes: an inlet (116) configured to allow liquid to flow into the liquid guiding portion (114); and an outlet (118) configured to allow liquid to flow out of the liquid guiding portion (114). The liquid guiding portion (114) is characterized in that it is formed by a first component (120) and a second component (122), wherein the first component (120) includes a rigid structure configured to provide structural rigidity to the liquid guiding portion (114), and wherein the second component (122) includes a frost-compensating material configured to change its volume due to a temperature change. Furthermore, the first component (120) and the second component (122) are integrally formed. Figure 1 A liquid guiding portion (114) of a liquid application device (100), wherein the liquid guiding portion (114) comprises an inlet (116) configured to allow inflow of the liquid into the liquid guiding portion (114), and an outlet (118) configured to allow outflow of the liquid from the liquid guiding portion (114). The liquid guiding portion (114) is characterized in that the liquid guiding portion (114) is formed from a first component (120) and a second component (122), wherein the first component (120) comprises a rigid structure which is configured to provide structural rigidity to the liquid guiding portion (114), and wherein the second component (122) comprises a frost compensating material, and is configured to change its volume due to a temperature change. Further, the first component (120) is integrally formed with the second component (122).
