Laser scanning device

Abstract

A laser scanning device is provided. The device includes a fiber actuator, a lens, and a galvanometer mirror: The fiber actuator is connected to an optical fiber and driven by an external driving signal, drives the optical fiber to vibrate and scan on a scanning plane at a first operating frequency; an external laser beam enters the lens after passing through the optical fiber. The galvanometer mirror comprises a reflective mirror sheet having a tilt angle, which can rotate and vibrate at a second operating frequency around an axis parallel to the scanning plane under external driving, so as to project and reflect the light emitted from the lens onto a preset area to form an image. By means of the aforementioned laser scanning device, the effect of reducing the size of the laser scanning device can be achieved while ensuring imaging quality.
