Screen printing plate and edge printing system for three-dimensional objects

Abstract

A screen printing plate is used for forming a printed object onto a three-dimensional object. Wherein, the printed object covers the top surface of the three-dimensional object and the side surfaces adjacent to the top surface. The screen printing plate includes a frame, a mesh component, and a patterned blocking layer. The mesh component is arranged on the frame and has a squeegee contact surface and a substrate contact surface opposite to the squeegee contact surface. The patterned blocking layer is arranged on the substrate contact surface of the mesh component, and is configured to divide the mesh component into a slurry non-discharge area and a slurry discharge area. The slurry discharge area corresponds to the three-dimensional object, and further divides into a three-dimensional object stacking area and a non-three-dimensional object stacking area. The patterned blocking layer forms a first limiting wall in the non-three-dimensional object stacking area and a second limiting wall in the three-dimensional object stacking area. The thickness of the first limiting wall is greater than the thickness of the second limiting wall.
