A pad printing machine with a variable speed pad

Abstract

The invention is relative to a pad printing machine with a variable speed pad, the pad printing machine comprises an air supply device, a pneumatic pipeline, a pneumatic cylinder, a pad, an adjustment device, and a controller. The air supply device supplies air to the pneumatic cylinder through the pneumatic pipeline. The pneumatic pipeline includes two pneumatic lines communicating to two chambers of the pneumatic cylinder respectively. The pad is moved up and down when the air flows into the chambers of the pneumatic cylinder alternatively. A switch time is generated by the controller, and the adjustment device is assembled with the pneumatic pipeline for changing pipe diameter according to the switch time. A flow-in rate of the pneumatic cylinder is changed to control a moving speed of the pad. Therefore, the pad can move at a first speed in the beginning, and then the pad is slowed down at a second speed when the pad is close to an object. The invention can maintain the stability of the pad for inking and printing without reducing production efficiency.
