Structure of a side-mounted lifting platform assembly

Abstract

The present invention relates to a side-mounted lifting platform assembly structure, designed to operate in conjunction with a worktable and a mobile cart. The mobile cart accommodates multiple stacked storage boxes and includes a lifting platform assembly. The lifting platform assembly consists of a vertical lifting track assembly, a push-lift U-shaped rigid chain, a lifting platform, a reduction drive device, and a control device. The reduction drive device and the control device are electrically connected and configured for controllable operation, and they are installed on the outer side of the vertical lifting track assembly. The push-lift U-shaped rigid chain is positioned inside the vertical lifting track assembly, which enables upward and downward lifting movements while connecting to the lifting platform. The lifting platform assembly is mounted on the side of the worktable, and its lifting platform is equipped with a fixed base that, upon locking the cart in place, lifts the stacked storage boxes. This configuration enhances flexibility in the workspace, reduces the risk of collision during material handling, and achieves improved convenience and operational safety.
