Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, and particularly to an anti-CDH17 nanobody. The invention provides an anti-CDH17 nanobody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the nanobody comprises a combination of complementarity determining regions (CDRs), the CDR combination including CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3. The anti-CDH17 nanobody provided by the present invention exhibits specific binding capability to human CDH17 and demonstrates promising application prospects.
