Abstract

This invention provides a formulation composition of a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist administered via the nasal mucosa, specifically relating to the field of biomedical materials technology. The formulation composition mainly comprises a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist, an alkyl glycoside, and a phospholipid, wherein the ratio of the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist to the alkyl glycoside to the phospholipid, by mass, is (0.25-17.5):(0.25-10):(0.1-10). The active pharmaceutical ingredient in the formulation composition provided by this invention is delivered via the nasal mucosa, directly entering the bloodstream from the absorption site, resulting in rapid onset of action, high bioavailability, and improved patient compliance.
