The object of this invention is to provide a polymer exhibiting ink-repellent properties and hydrophilic properties to photoresist solvents, an ink-repellent material comprising the polymer, a photosensitive composition comprising the polymer, a cured product formed by curing the photosensitive composition, a substrate with a patterned film having a patterned film exhibiting ink-repellent properties and hydrophilic properties to photoresist solvents, a method for manufacturing the substrate with the patterned film, and an image display device having the substrate with the patterned film. This invention relates to polymers having specific repeating units.
