Abstract

In the operation method of the chemical manufacturing apparatus disclosed herein, the chemical manufacturing apparatus includes: a reactor 1, a packing material 2 filled inside the reactor 1, a raw material supply unit 3 for supplying raw material M to the inside of the reactor 1, an inactive gas supply unit 4 for supplying inactive gas G to the inside of the reactor 1, a heating unit 5 for heating the packing material 2, and an extraction unit 6 for removing chemical R from the reactor 1; the operation method includes: (Sa1) supplying inactive gas G to the inside of the reactor 1 by the inactive gas supply unit 4; (Sa2) supplying raw material M by the raw material supply unit 3 while heating the reactor 1 by the heating unit 5; (Sa3) removing chemical R generated from raw material M from the inside of the reactor 1 by the extraction unit 6; and (Sa4) after (Sa3), heating the packing material 2 to 400°C to 720°C by the heating unit 5.
