Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, comprising: a preparation step of preparing a stack having a support member, a temporary fixing material layer that absorbs light and generates heat, and a semiconductor component sequentially stacked; and a separation step of irradiating the temporary fixing material layer in the stack with incoherent light to separate the semiconductor component from the support member.
