Hardening composition

Abstract

A thermosetting composition containing a perfluorinated (poly)ether compound is provided, exhibiting low hardness and excellent rubber properties (mechanical strength, elongation, etc.). The thermosetting composition comprises: (A) a compound having at least one alkenyl group at each end of its molecular chain and a divalent perfluorinated (poly)ether residue in its main chain; (B) a fluorinated organosilicon compound having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule and having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 5,000, comprising a monovalent or divalent perfluorinated organometallic group; (C) a hydrosilanelation reaction catalyst; and (D) a reinforcing filler.
