Abstract

[Problem] The object of this invention is to provide a polysiloxane elastomer particle coated with polysiloxane resin, which, while maintaining the dispersibility in the target material, contributes to stress relief of the material and has resistance to degradation. [Solution] This invention relates to a polysiloxane elastomer particle coated with polysiloxane resin. The polysiloxane elastomer particle has a structure in which at least two silicon atoms are crosslinked by silyl groups having 2 to 20 carbon atoms. The polysiloxane coating layer comprises one or more polysiloxane resins selected from one or more combinations of M, D, T, and Q units (excluding polysiloxane resins composed only of T siloxane units). The polysiloxane unit of the polysiloxane resin has an organic group containing (meth)acrylic acid.
