Abstract

The artificial hair follicle primordium 10 of the present invention has a three-dimensional structure formed by the sequential overlapping of a first block 11 composed of hair follicle epithelial stem cells, a second block 12 composed of dermal papilla cells, and a third block 13 composed of DDMCs (derived from interdermal lobular cells). The method for artificially creating the hair follicle primordium 10 includes: three-dimensionally culturing the blocks in a state where the first block 11 composed of hair follicle epithelial stem cells, the second block 12 composed of dermal papilla cells, and the third block 13 composed of DDMCs (derived from interdermal lobular cells) are sequentially overlapping.
