Abstract

This invention relates to a primer-probe composition, a kit, and a detection method. The primer-probe composition is selected from one group (i) to (ix), and the kit includes the aforementioned primer-probe composition. The primer-probe composition, kit, and detection method of this invention enable the detection of AKR1C3 RNA content in ex vivo patient samples, and exhibit good accuracy, analytical specificity, precision, and a low detection limit.
