Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing railway tracks from buckling, and more specifically, to a device for preventing improper conduct on such safety device. [Previous Technology]

[0002] Although railway lines are best laid out in straight lines, it is not uncommon for them to be smoothly connected in curved sections. Trains running on such curved lines are subjected to centrifugal force, which creates a force that causes the vehicle to tilt outwards from the curve, and are also subjected to vibrations caused by the load of the running vehicles, thus inevitably causing track deformation or displacement. Therefore, the structures used to reliably support and fix the track, such as sleepers and track beds, are continuously improved from the perspective of strength and economy, and steel wire reinforced concrete products are now widely used for sleepers.

[0003] Although track maintenance is moving towards mechanization, the workload of manual labor has not improved significantly. In particular, in summer, if the track expands due to the rise in track temperature, it may cause buckling, which may lead to traffic signal problems or derailment accidents. Therefore, there is a tendency for the workload of maintenance workers to increase significantly. Therefore, there is a strong demand for the rationalization of maintenance operations. In addition to the aforementioned problems, the improvement of equipment used to prevent accidents should also take into account the economy in terms of functionality and durability.

[0004] In this trend, anti-bending plates and anti-slip plates are indispensable to ensure the safe and reliable operation of railways. These devices must be securely and reliably installed. The applicant in this case provides an anti-slip plate for railway sleepers that, while preventing deformation and bending of the railway line, significantly improves the efficiency of equipment installation and maintenance operations. It enables the rapid construction of an "easy-to-maintain track structure" in a safe state and reduces the load on track maintenance, achieving significant savings in maintenance labor and costs. The anti-slip plate is fixed to a mounting frame using bolts on both sides, and bolts are installed in the frame to "fix the anti-slip plate in the most suitable predetermined position." Furthermore, a groove is provided between the top surface of the mounting frame and the bottom surface of the anti-slip plate to prevent slippage. When tightening the screws, spring washers and washers must also be used to reliably prevent rotation. [Prior Art Documents] [Patent Documents]

[0006] Recently, there have been frequent reports of improper acts such as loosening the locking devices of the aforementioned various anti-rail plates under the guise of inspection, with the intention of causing train derailment or overturning.

[0007] In view of this, in order to prevent these improper behaviors, the object of the present invention is to provide a device for preventing improper behaviors such as anti-bending plates and anti-moving plates, which has a structure in which operation becomes difficult when installing or removing locking devices except by using a dedicated nut wrench. [Summary of the Invention]

[0008] [Solutions to the Problem] The improper behavior prevention device of the present invention, which achieves the above-mentioned objectives, is characterized by comprising: an upper fixing member that contacts the top surface of a sleeper; a lower fixing member that contacts the bottom surface of a sleeper; the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member being connected and installed on the sleeper; an anti-bending pile plate passing through a pile plate mounting portion formed in the upper fixing member and a pile plate insertion portion formed in the lower fixing member; the top wall of the upper fixing member abutting the top surface of a side end of the sleeper; a side wall being formed obliquely downward from the side end of the top wall in a forward viewing angle; a lower wall being formed extending left and right from the lower end of the side wall in a forward viewing angle; the upper fixing member forming a front wall and a rear wall in a U-shape from the left and right ends upward in a side viewing angle, encompassing the top wall, the side wall, and the lower wall; and the lower wall having bolt holes for connecting to an anti-movement member; the anti-movement member having one upper... The upper plate component and two lower plate components form a group. The bottom surface of the upper plate top wall of the aforementioned upper plate component and the top surface of the lower plate bottom wall of the aforementioned lower plate component are respectively formed with equally spaced serrations for engagement. The aforementioned upper plate top wall forms the upper plate front wall and upper plate rear wall in a U-shape from the left and right ends upward in a side view. The aforementioned lower plate bottom wall forms the lower plate front wall and lower plate rear wall in a U-shape from the left and right ends downward in a side view. Connecting bolt holes are formed at both ends of the aforementioned upper plate top wall and both ends of the aforementioned lower plate bottom wall. Connecting locking devices pass through the connecting bolt holes to form a connection. The aforementioned connecting locking devices fix the aforementioned upper plate component and the aforementioned lower plate component. Other connecting locking devices pass through the bolt holes at the other end of the aforementioned lower layer wall of the aforementioned upper fixing component and the aforementioned lower plate bottom wall to form a connection. The connecting locking devices fix the aforementioned upper fixing component and the aforementioned lower plate component to install the leaf spring around the aforementioned lower plate component. [The effects of the invention]

[0009] The improper behavior prevention device of the present invention has a structure in which "the periphery of the locking device for connecting the anti-bending members and the anti-movement members has a U-shaped wall", which would be difficult to install and remove without the use of a special nut wrench. Therefore, by using the improper behavior prevention device of the present invention, improper behavior such as "loosening the screws of the above-mentioned various anti-bending plates with the intention of causing the train to derail or overturn" can be suppressed.

Implementation Method

[0010] The misconduct prevention device 1 of the present invention is generally formed by an anti-bending member and an anti-movement member. The misconduct prevention device 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG1 is a front view showing an example of the state in which the anti-bending member of the misconduct prevention device 1 is installed on a sleeper S. FIG2 is a side view showing an example of the state in which the anti-bending member of the misconduct prevention device 1 is installed on a sleeper S. FIG3 is a top view showing an example of the state in which the anti-bending member of the misconduct prevention device 1 is installed on a sleeper S. In this embodiment, S represents, for example, a reinforced concrete sleeper. The anti-bending member of the misconduct prevention device 1 generally includes an upper fixing member 10, a lower fixing member 20, and an anti-bending pile plate 30. The upper fixing member 10 is engaged with the top surface of the sleeper S, and the lower fixing member 20 is engaged with the bottom surface of the sleeper S. The upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20 are preferably made of cast steel.

[0011] The structure of the upper fixing member 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIG4. FIG4 is a diagram showing the upper fixing member 10 of the misconduct prevention device 1, wherein (a) is a top view, (b) is a front view and (c) is a side view.

[0012] The top wall 11 of the upper fixing member 10 has its bottom surface abutting against the top surface of the side end of the sleeper S. In a forward view, a side wall 12 is formed inclined downward from the side end of the top wall 11, and a lower wall 13 is formed extending to the left and right from the lower end of the side wall 12. In a side view, the upper fixing member 10 forms a front wall 14 and a rear wall 15 from the left and right ends upward in a U-shape throughout the top wall 11, side wall 12, and lower wall 13. In a forward view, the lower wall 13 forms a pile plate mounting portion 16 from the front wall 14 towards the front. The front wall 14 and rear wall 15 of the lower wall 13 decrease towards the side ends. From the pile plate mounting portion 16, a pile plate fixing portion 17 is formed downward from the front end in a forward view.

[0013] Most of the top wall 11 is hollowed out, and a grid member 11a is provided in the hollowed-out portion. By contacting the top surface of the sleeper S with the grid member 11a, the sliding of the upper fixing member 10 is suppressed. The shape of the grid is omitted in the illustration. In addition, the top wall 11 has a protrusion 11b extending forward from the center in the left-right direction in the forward view. When installing the upper fixing member 10, the protrusion 11b is aligned with the center of the sleeper S, thereby preventing the anti-bending member from shifting back and forth in the track direction.

[0014] The lower wall 13 has a bolt hole 13a through which the locking device 40 described later can pass. On the outside of the bolt hole 13a, there is a connecting bolt hole 13b for connecting with the anti-movement member described later.

[0015] The pile plate mounting part 16 is formed with an insertion port 16a through which the anti-bending pile plate 30 described later can pass.

[0016] The pile plate fixing part 17 is provided with a threaded hole 17a for adjusting and locking the position of the anti-bending pile plate 30, which will be described later. The threaded hole 17a is elongated.

[0017] The structure of the lower fixing member 20 will be described in detail with reference to FIG5. FIG5 is a diagram showing the lower fixing member 20 of the misconduct prevention device 1, wherein (a) is a top view, (b) is a front view and (c) is a side view.

[0018] The bottom wall 21 of the lower fixing member 20 abuts against the bottom surface of the side end of the sleeper S. In a forward view, a side wall 22 is formed vertically upward from the side end of the bottom wall 21, and an upper wall 23 is formed extending to the left and right from the upper end of the side wall 22. In a side view, the lower fixing member 20 forms a U-shape with a front wall 24 and a rear wall 25 forming downward from the left and right ends of the entire bottom wall 21, side wall 22, and upper wall 23. From the front end of the upper wall 23, the front wall 24 protrudes more than the rear wall 25, and in a forward view, a pile plate insertion part 26 is formed forward from the front wall 24. The front wall 24 and the rear wall 25 of the upper wall 23 decrease towards the side ends.

[0019] The bottom wall 21 has a protrusion 21a in the part that abuts against the sleeper S. By the protrusion 21a abutting against the bottom surface of the sleeper S, the sliding of the lower end fixing member 20 is suppressed.

[0020] The upper wall 23 has a bolt hole 23a through which the locking device 40 described later can pass. A step 23b is formed on the front wall 24 side and the rear wall 25 side of the bolt hole 23a.

[0021] The pile plate insertion part 26 is provided with an insertion port 26a through which the anti-bending pile plate 30 described later can pass. The insertion port 16a of the pile plate mounting part 16 and the insertion port 26a of the pile plate insertion part 26 are positioned such that when the upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20 are connected, the anti-bending pile plate 30 can be connected.

[0022] The structure of the anti-bending pile plate 30 will be described in detail with reference to FIG6. FIG6 is a diagram showing the anti-bending pile plate 30 of the improper behavior prevention device 1, wherein (a) is a top view, (b) is a front view and (c) is a side view.

[0023] The anti-bending pile plate 30 is generally formed into a longitudinally long flat plate shape. In a forward view, the shape gradually narrows at the bottom to facilitate driving into the track bed. In a forward view, the anti-bending pile plate 30 has a head 31 at the upper end. In a forward view, the anti-bending pile plate 30 has a threaded hole 30a formed at the upper part for depth adjustment and locking of the anti-bending pile plate 30.

[0024] Returning to Figures 1, 2 and 3, the installation of the upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20 on the sleeper S, and the installation of the anti-bending pile plate 30 on the upper fixing member 10 are explained in detail.

[0025] A space is provided in the track bed at the side end of the sleeper S, and a lower fixing member 20 is placed in this space. An upper fixing member 10 is then placed on the top surface of the side end of the sleeper S, forming a locking device 40 that can pass through the bolt hole 23a of the upper wall 23 and the bolt hole 13a of the lower wall 13. The locking device 40 is a long bolt with a flat head 41 and a female thread on the lower part 42 of the body. A fixing washer 43 and a washer 44 are placed in the bolt hole 13a of the lower wall 13, and the head 41 is placed in the bolt hole 23a of the upper wall 23. The nut 45 is rotated from the bolt hole 13a side of the lower wall 13 to lock it, thus forming a state in which the sleeper S is clamped by the upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20.

[0026] After setting the upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20 on the sleeper S and further backfilling the track bed, the anti-bending pile plate 30 is installed. The lower part of the anti-bending pile plate 30 passes through the insertion port 16a of the pile plate mounting part 16 and then connects to the insertion port 26a of the pile plate insertion part 26. The head 31 of the anti-bending pile plate 30 is tapped to embed the lower part of the anti-bending pile plate 30 into the track bed. The depth of the anti-bending pile plate 30 is appropriately determined, and the anti-bending pile plate 30 can be locked in the threaded hole 30a using the pile plate screw 50. To lock (prevent loosening), it is best to use the fixing washer 51 and the washer 52 together.

[0027] By "installing the upper fixing member 10 and the lower fixing member 20 on the sleeper S" and "installing the anti-bending pile plate 30 on the upper fixing member 10", bending of the sleeper S in the length direction is prevented. In addition to the anti-bending member, the improper behavior prevention device 1 of the present invention is also provided with an anti-movement member to suppress the movement of the sleeper S in the track direction.

[0028] The structure and configuration of the anti-movement member will be described in detail with reference to Figures 7 and 8. Figures 7 and 8 are diagrams showing the state in which the anti-movement member is connected to the "upper end fixing member 10 that has been installed on the sleeper S" in the misconduct prevention device 1 of the present invention. Figure 7 is a top view and Figure 8 is a front view.

[0029] The anti-movement component consists of "one upper piece 60 and two lower pieces 70" as a group, which are connected to the upper fixing member 10. The "fixing of the upper piece 60 and the lower piece 70" and the "fixing of the lower piece 70 and the upper fixing member 10" are achieved by the connecting locking device 81 described later.

[0030] The bottom surface of the upper top wall 61 of the upper piece member 60 and the top surface of the lower bottom wall 71 of the lower piece member 70 are respectively formed with equally spaced serrations for engagement. The shape of the serrations is omitted in the illustration. The upper top wall 61 of the upper piece member 60 is formed with an upper front wall 62 and an upper rear wall 63, which form a U-shape from the left and right ends upward in a side view. The lower bottom wall 71 of the lower piece member 70 is formed with a lower front wall 72 and a lower rear wall 73, which form a U-shape from the left and right ends downward in a side view. During installation, the spacing of the upper fixing members 10 can be adjusted and properly maintained by the engagement of the serrations.

[0031] Figure 9 is a cross-sectional view AA showing the anti-movement member of the misconduct prevention device 1 of the present invention. Symbol 80 indicates a connecting part. The connecting locking device 81 is used for "connecting the upper plate member 60 and the lower plate member 70" and "connecting the lower plate member 70 and the upper end fixing member 10". At both ends of the upper plate top wall 61 of the upper plate member 60, the upper plate bolt hole 61a is formed into an elongated hole shape. In addition, at both ends of the lower plate bottom wall 71 of the lower plate member 70, the lower plate bolt hole 71a is also formed. In order to connect, the connecting locking device 81 passes through the upper plate bolt hole 61a of the upper plate top wall 61 and the lower plate bolt hole 71a of the lower plate bottom wall 71 to form a connection. The connecting locking device 81 is an elongated bolt with a flat head 82 and a female thread formed on the lower part 83 of the body.

[0032] When a connecting locking device 81 is used for the connection between the upper piece 60 and the lower piece 70, the connecting locking device 81 passes through the upper bolt hole 61a of the upper top wall 61 and the lower bolt hole 71a of the lower bottom wall 71 to form a connection. The fixing washer 84 and the washer 85 are placed in the upper bolt hole 61a of the upper top wall 61, and the head 82 of the connecting locking device 81 is placed in the lower bolt hole 71a. The nut 86 is rotated from the upper bolt hole 61a side of the upper top wall 61 to lock it, thus achieving the state in which the upper piece 60 and the lower piece 70 are connected.

[0033] When a connecting locking device 81 is used for the connection between the lower piece member 70 and the upper fixing member 10, the connecting locking device 81 passes through the connecting bolt hole 13b of the lower wall 13 and the lower piece bolt hole 71a of the lower bottom wall 71 to form a connection. The fixing washer 84 and the washer 85 are placed in the connecting bolt hole 13b of the lower wall 13, and the head 82 of the connecting locking device 81 is placed in the lower piece bolt hole 71a. The nut 86 is rotated from the connecting bolt hole 13b side of the lower wall 13 to lock it, and the upper fixing member 10 and the lower piece member 70 are connected.

[0034] Furthermore, a leaf spring 87 is installed around the lower plate front wall 72 and lower plate rear wall 73 of the lower plate member 70. By installing the leaf spring 87, the head 82 of the connecting locking device 81 is covered.

[0035] Since the upper fixing member 10, the upper plate member 60 and the lower plate member 70 form a U-shape, the locking device 81 for connection must be installed and removed using a nut wrench. In addition, since the head 82 of the locking device 81 for connection is covered, it is difficult to install and remove commonly used locking devices. [Simplified Explanation of the Diagram]
