[0019] Referring again to FIG. 1 , the third link 5 comprises a third rod 50 and a push member 51 disposed on the third rod 50. The third rod 50 can be formed from two pieces spaced apart and integrally formed by stamping a plate between the two pieces, or a separate element (not shown) can be provided to connect the two pieces to maintain the spacing, thereby forming a passable space 500 on the third rod 50. Furthermore, a fifth link pivot point 501 and a sixth link pivot point 502 are respectively provided at each end of the third link 50. The fifth link pivot point 501 is pivotally connected to the push pivot point 312 of the first link 3 via a pivot shaft, while the sixth link pivot point 502 is pivotally connected to the second fixed pivot point 211 of the second hinge seat 2 via a pivot shaft, thereby forming a four-bar linkage mechanism with the second hinge seat 2, the first link 3, and the second link 4. The pushing member 51 can be connected to the fifth pivot point 501 of the connecting rod through a pushing pivot point 510 .
[0020] Referring to Figures 1 and 4 , the elastic pressure rod 6 is disposed within the first accommodating space 32 of the first connecting rod 3 and may be provided with a pressing surface 320 within the first accommodating space 32. The elastic pressure rod 6 may include a pressure rod 60, a pulley 61 disposed on the pressure rod 60, and an elastic element 62 that provides the pressure rod 60 with an elastic restoring force when compressed. The pressure rod 60 may include a pulley seat 600 and a rod portion 601 connected to the pulley seat 600. The pulley 61 has a shaft portion 610 pivotally mounted on the pulley seat 600. The rod portion 601 may pass through the elastic element 62, allowing the elastic element 62 to abut between the pulley seat 600 and the pressing surface 320. As shown in FIG4 , the push member 51 of the third link 5 is in sliding contact with the pulley 61. The push member 51 is provided with a first cam surface 511. The first cam surface 511 has a first abutting edge 511a, a first sliding surface 511b extending along the first abutting edge 511a, and a first critical edge 511c located between the first abutting edge 511a and the first sliding surface 511b. When the second hinge 2 is retracted onto the first hinge 1, the elastic pressure rod 6 pushes the pulley 61 into the first abutting edge 511a by the elastic force of the elastic element 62.
[0021] Referring to Figures 1 and 3 , the buffer rod 7 can be a hydraulic or pneumatic push rod, positioned within the second accommodating space 42 of the second connecting rod 4 and abutting against the buffer member 22 of the second hinge 2. The buffer rod 7 can include a buffer body 70 and a buffer seat 71 for receiving the buffer body 70. The buffer seat 71 has a mounting portion 710 and an assembly portion 711. The mounting portion 710 receives the buffer body 70, while the assembly portion 711 is assembled with the second connecting rod 4 to position the buffer body 70 within the second accommodating space 42. The buffer body 70 includes a pressure-bearing portion 700 and a telescopic rod 701. When the pressure-bearing portion 700 is compressed, the telescopic rod 701 is compressed inward and can be restored by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure. Furthermore, the buffer body 70 can be covered with a protective sleeve 72. The protective sleeve 72 includes a sleeve portion 720 for the pressure-bearing portion 700 of the buffer body 70 to fit within. The protective sleeve 72 also has a pressure-bearing surface 721 at its front end, replacing the pressure-bearing portion 700 of the buffer body 70 in frictional contact with the buffer member 22. As shown in FIG4 , the buffer member 22 has a second cam surface 221. This second cam surface 221 includes a second abutting edge 221a, a second sliding surface 221b extending from the second abutting edge 221a, and a second critical edge 221c connecting the second sliding surface 221b. When the second hinge seat 2 is retracted onto the first hinge seat 1, the buffer rod 7 abuts against the second abutting edge 221a, receiving pressure.
[0022] 1 , 3 and 4 , the support rod 8 is pivotally connected between the first support pivot point 111 and the second support pivot point 412 via the third connecting rod 5 . Specifically, the support rod 8 may have a support rod body 80, and a first pivot end 81 and a second pivot end 82 connected to the two ends of the support rod body 80, wherein the first pivot end 81 is pivoted at the first support pivot point 111, and the second pivot end 82 is pivoted at the second support pivot point 412, and the support rod body 80 may have a first support section 800, a second support section 801, and a third support section 802 connected between the first support section 800 and the second support section 801, and a first inflection portion 802a is formed between the first support section 800 and the third support section 802, and a second inflection portion 802b is formed between the second support section 801 and the third support section 802, and the inflection directions of the first inflection portion 802a and the second inflection portion 802b are opposite, so as to improve the supporting strength of the support rod 8 through the inflection structure.
[0023] Therefore, the door hinge device of the present invention can be obtained by the above-mentioned structural composition.
[0024] Accordingly, as shown in FIG5 , when the refrigerator or cold storage door is opened, the first connecting rod 3 flips outward, causing the second hinge 2 to open with the door to a certain opening angle. The buffer member 22 of the second hinge 2 is pushed by the buffer rod 7 to stop the door at the aforementioned opening angle. Simultaneously, the push member 51 of the third connecting rod 5 compresses the elastic pressure rod 6, allowing the support rod 8 to be supported between the first hinge 1 and the second connecting rod 4 via the third connecting rod 5, providing sufficient supporting force. Conversely, as shown in FIG6 , when the refrigerator or cold storage door is closing, the elastic pressure rod 6 abuts against the first cam surface 511, exerting force, causing the elastic pressure rod 6 to push its pulley 61 into contact with the first cam surface 511, thereby achieving the effect of opening and stopping and automatically closing. Furthermore, the buffer rod 7 contacts the second cam surface 221, providing a certain resistance to prevent the door from directly impacting the cabinet body, thereby preventing the door from instantly colliding when closing. Therefore, the present invention provides sufficient supporting force when cooperating with the support rod to provide actuation, and can better exert the above-mentioned functions of the elastic pressure rod 6 and the buffer rod 7.
[0025] Furthermore, as shown in FIG7 , in another embodiment of the present invention, a first limiting structure 33 may be provided to abut against the front end of the pressure rod 60, and a second limiting structure 34 may be provided to prevent the elastic element 62 from falling out of the first accommodating space 32 , thereby further increasing the stability of the elastic pressure rod 6 in operation.
[0026] In summary, the present invention can indeed achieve the intended purpose described in the aforementioned specification and resolve the deficiencies of the prior art. Furthermore, due to its novelty and progressiveness, it fully meets the requirements for an invention patent application. Therefore, an application is filed in accordance with the Patent Law.
