Liquid cooling quick connector

Abstract

A liquid cooling quick connector device includes a first connector and a second connector, which are mutually compatible. The first connector includes a first connector body and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a button body, a button top cover, a locking key, a first elastic member, and a second elastic member. The button top cover is movably disposed on the button body, and the locking key is movably disposed on the button top cover. The first elastic member is disposed between the button body and the first connector body, and the second elastic member is disposed between the locking key and the button top cover. When the first connector and the second connector are mated, the button body can move downward without unlocking the locking key. To unlock, pressing the button top cover is insufficient; the locking key must first be slid and then pressed downward to drive the button body for unlocking. Accordingly, the invention can prevent accidental release to unlock, enables mating at a secondary locked position, and eliminates the need for special machining of a metal housing to secure the button, thereby reducing cost and facilitating assembly. After the first connector is unlocked, the locking key automatically returns to the locked position without manual reset.
