Abstract

A cooling system with adjustable boiling point of coolant is configured to cool a heat source device. The cooling system with adjustable boiling point of coolant includes a chamber, a fluid injection system, a vacuum device, a control unit, and a control valve. The chamber has an inlet and an outlet. The fluid injection system can transport a working fluid from the inlet to a cavity of the chamber. The vacuum device is connected to the outlet of the chamber. When the vacuum device is started, the vacuum device can evacuate the chamber through the outlet to create a negative pressure in the chamber, thereby lowering the boiling point of the working fluid in the chamber and accelerating the boiling and vaporization of the working fluid. The working fluid in the chamber undergoes a phase change, and the working fluid changes from a liquid phase to a gaseous phase, which can absorb a large amount of heat to provide cooling and heat dissipation effects for the heat source device. The vacuum device and the control valve are electrically connected to the control unit, and the control unit can be configured to control the vacuum device and the control valve. The present disclosure makes the boiling point of the working fluid controllable and adjustable, and can adjust the temperature. The cooling system with adjustable boiling point of coolant can be configured in a cooling zone of a heating furnace.
