Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] This invention relates to a heat dissipation device, and more particularly to a heat dissipation device for dissipating heat from the heat source of electronic devices. [Previous Technology]
[0002] Electronic devices perform extremely high-speed calculations and data processing during operation. During this process, the processor consumes electrical energy and generates heat. If the heat continues to accumulate and cannot be dissipated in time, the electronic device will activate its overheat protection mechanism to prevent damage and reduce the processor's processing speed, resulting in a decrease in the operating efficiency of the electronic device. In addition, when electronic devices operate at high temperatures for a long time, it can shorten the lifespan of the electronic components in the device or cause damage, or lead to system instability.
[0003] To solve the above problems, water-cooled heat dissipation devices are provided in the prior art. However, using water as a coolant can easily lead to pipe aging and leakage. Furthermore, since water is not a highly volatile substance, contact with electronic components can cause malfunctions, damage, or system problems. In addition, most existing heat dissipation devices rely on the natural flow of coolant, which is inefficient. When electronic components operate at high power, the heat dissipation rate cannot keep up with the heating rate, thus limiting the performance of the electronic components. In view of the above problems, a heat dissipation device with high liquid sealing, high safety, and high heat dissipation efficiency is urgently needed. [Summary of the Invention]
