[0012] [Example 1]
[0013] Please refer to Figures 1 to 7, which are embodiments of the present invention. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, this embodiment discloses a temperature control device 100, which is applicable to a photoelectric measurement device 1000. The photoelectric measurement device 1000 may be a full optical flux measurement device (as shown in Figure 1), which includes an integrating sphere 200, a measuring device 300, and an optical fiber 400 connecting the integrating sphere 200 and the measuring device 300. The integrating sphere 200 forms an opening 201, and a portion of the temperature control device 100 (e.g., a portion of the anti-condensation chamber 3 described below) is inserted into the integrating sphere 200 through the opening 201.
[0014] Furthermore, the photoelectric measurement device 1000 can also be selected from other architectures according to actual needs; for example, the photoelectric measurement device 1000 can be a light intensity measurement device (e.g., Figure 2) or a goniometer system measurement device (e.g., Figure 3), and the present invention is not limited thereto. That is to say, in other embodiments of the present invention not shown, the temperature control device 100 can be used alone (e.g., for sale) or in combination with other devices.
[0015] As shown in Figures 4 to 6, the temperature control device 100 in this embodiment includes an environmental simulation chamber 1, a heat-conducting base 2 located within the environmental simulation chamber 1, and an anti-condensation chamber 3 that surrounds the environmental simulation chamber 1 and is not interconnected with each other. It should be noted that the environmental simulation chamber 1 in this embodiment includes a first chamber 13 and a second chamber 14 that are interconnected with each other, and the environmental simulation chamber 1, the heat-conducting base 2, and the anti-condensation chamber 3 can have different structural variations according to actual needs. However, for the sake of understanding this embodiment, the following description will use one of the structures, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0016] The environmental simulation chamber 1 is used to allow cold air with a temperature below 15°C to circulate within it to simulate a low-temperature environment, the temperature of which can be between -45°C and -15°C (minimum -55°C). That is, the cold air is preferably dry air with low water vapor content (or low relative humidity), and the low-temperature environment is equivalent to the environment in which the test object O is tested. The dew point temperature of the cold air is preferably lower than its temperature and conforms to the specifications of CLASS 2 or CLASS 1 of ISO 8573-1:2010, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0017] Further, in this embodiment, the test object O is illustrated as a matrix light-emitting diode array used in an adaptive driving beam (ADB) headlight, and the temperature of the cold air can be adjusted and varied according to the test environment of the test object O (e.g., the temperature of the cold air can be below 0°C), but the present invention does not limit this. In addition, the environmental simulation chamber 1 can also be used to allow hot air with a temperature higher than 35°C to flow inside, to simulate a high-temperature environment, for example, the critical high temperature is below 225°C, preferably 50°C to 105°C.
[0018] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the environmental simulation chamber 1 has an air inlet channel 11 and an air outlet channel 12, and the cold air can enter the environmental simulation chamber 1 through the air inlet channel 11 and be discharged through the air outlet channel 12. The air inlet channel 11 is located away from the heat-conducting base 2 to facilitate the construction of the low-temperature environment, while the air outlet channel 12 is adjacent to the heat-conducting base 2 to facilitate the maintenance of the low-temperature environment. It should be noted that in this embodiment, the air inlet channel 11 and the air outlet channel 12 are connected to the second chamber 14, and the cold air (or hot air) flows into the first chamber 13 of the environmental simulation chamber 1 through the wire through-hole (not shown) of the heat-conducting base 2, but this is not a limitation.
[0019] The heat-conducting base 2 is located within the environmental simulation chamber 1, and the heat-conducting base 2 has a heat transfer coefficient greater than or equal to 10 W / m•k. For example, the heat-conducting base 2 may be made of at least one of copper, aluminum, iron, steel, gold, and silver, depending on actual needs, but is not limited thereto.
[0020] More specifically, the heat-conducting base 2 has a bearing end face 21 for the test object O to be placed within the environmental simulation chamber 1. Furthermore, the heat-conducting base 2 has a heat dissipation portion 22, such as the heat dissipation fins shown in the figure. In this embodiment, the bearing end face 21 may be planar and not located on the path of the air intake channel 11, to avoid the bearing end face 21 (and the test object O on it) directly contacting the cold air entering the environmental simulation chamber 1, thus affecting subsequent related measurement results. That is, the cold air entering the environmental simulation chamber 1 through the air intake channel 11 will not directly blow onto the test object O, but the cold air will directly contact the bearing end face 2 and the test object O on it via convection.
[0021] The anti-condensation chamber 3 is used to allow a dry gas to flow within it, thereby effectively preventing condensation. In this embodiment, the anti-condensation chamber 3 can be used to allow the dry gas with a dew point temperature between -130°C and 10°C to flow within it, and the temperature of the dry gas can be room temperature (e.g., 15°C to 30°C), but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0022] More specifically, in this embodiment, the environmental simulation chamber 1 is defined and formed by being surrounded by the anti-condensation chamber 3, and the heat-conducting seat 2 is located within the environmental simulation chamber 1 by being installed in the anti-condensation chamber 3. For ease of understanding, the specific structure of the anti-condensation chamber 3 that can realize the above architecture will be further described in the following content, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0023] In this embodiment, the anti-condensation chamber 3 includes a shell section 31 and a light-transmitting section 32 connected to the shell section 31; that is, the shell section 31 and the light-transmitting section 32 are generally hollow and their internal spaces 311 and 321 are connected to each other, so as to allow the dry gas to flow in the internal spaces 311 and 321 of the shell section 31 and the light-transmitting section 32.
[0024] Further, the inner edge of the light-transmitting section 32 and the inner edge of the housing section 31 together surround and form the environmental simulation chamber 1 (that is, the internal spaces 311 and 321 of the housing section 31 and the light-transmitting section 32 are not connected to the environmental simulation chamber 1), and the air inlet channel 11 and the air outlet channel 12 are disposed in the housing section 31. The heat-conducting seat 2 is located within the space surrounded by the housing section 31 (that is, part of the environmental simulation chamber 1), but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0025] In this embodiment, the housing segment 31 includes an annular wall 312 and a base 313, and the base 313 fixes and closes one end of the annular wall 312.
[0026] The annular wall 312 forms the internal space 311, and its other end is connected to the light-transmitting section 32; that is, the annular wall 312 has an inner wall 3121, an outer wall 3122 surrounding and spaced apart from the inner wall 3121, and an end wall 3123, and the end wall 3123 is connected to one end of the inner wall 3121 and the outer wall 3122, so as to jointly form the groove-shaped internal space 311, and the groove opening of the internal space 311 is located at the other end of the inner wall 3121 and the outer wall 3122. Furthermore, the annular wall 312 (e.g., the outer wall 3122) forms two mutually spaced entrances and exits 3124 for the dry gas to flow in and out.
[0027] Furthermore, the air intake channel 11 of the environmental simulation chamber 1 is formed in (e.g., through) the base 313, and the air outlet channel 12 is formed in (e.g., through) the inner wall 3121 and the outer wall 3122 of the annular wall 312.
[0028] It should be further noted that the housing segment 31 (e.g., the annular wall 312) and the light-transmitting segment 32 are detachably assembled with each other in this embodiment, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments of the present invention not shown, the light-transmitting segment 32 may also be non-detachably fixed to the housing segment 31 according to actual needs.
[0029] In this embodiment, the light-transmitting segment 32 includes an outer light-transmitting layer 322 and an inner light-transmitting layer 323 spaced between the outer light-transmitting layer 322 and the bearing end face 21. The outer light-transmitting layer 322 and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 each have a transmittance of 85% to 95% for light with wavelengths between 400 nanometers (nm) and 700 nanometers. For example, the outer light-transmitting layer 322 and / or the inner light-transmitting layer 323 may be made of at least one of glass (such as optical glass or quartz glass) or sapphire.
[0030] More specifically, to ensure better performance of the light-transmitting segment 32, the outer light-transmitting layer 322 and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 may possess at least some of the following features. Both the outer light-transmitting layer 322 and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 are spherical, and their centers may be located on the bearing end face 21. Furthermore, in the cross-section of the light-transmitting segment 32, the outer light-transmitting layer 322 has a first radius R1, and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 has a second radius R2, which is less than or equal to 62% of the first radius R1; the outer light-transmitting layer 322 has a first central angle σ1 between 0 degrees and 180 degrees, and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 has a second central angle σ2 greater than or equal to the first central angle σ1, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0031] It should be further noted that in this embodiment, the light-transmitting segment 32 is illustrated in Figures 4 to 6 as having a generally hemispherical structure, but the specific structure of the light-transmitting segment 32 can be adjusted and varied according to actual needs. For example, as shown in Figure 7, the light-transmitting segment 32 can also have a flat structure; that is, both the outer light-transmitting layer 322 and the inner light-transmitting layer 323 have a flat layered structure.
[0032] In summary, in this embodiment, the temperature control device 100 (or the photoelectric measurement device 1000) can effectively prevent water vapor from condensing in the light source path of the test object O through the structural design and mutual matching of the environmental simulation chamber 1, the heat conduction seat 2, and the anti-condensation chamber 3, thereby allowing the light source energy emitted by the test object O to pass through the light transmission section 32 for accurate measurement.
[0033] [Example 2]
[0034] Please refer to Figures 8 and 9, which illustrate Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Since this embodiment is similar to Embodiment 1 described above, the similarities between the two embodiments will not be repeated. The differences between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 are roughly explained as follows:
[0035] In this embodiment, the anti-condensation chamber 3 is in a vacuum state (e.g., the air pressure of the anti-condensation chamber 3 is between 10e-12 MPa and 10e5 MPa), thereby achieving the function of preventing condensation. More specifically, the annular wall 312 (e.g., the outer wall 3122) can be provided with an inlet 3124 to evacuate the anti-condensation chamber 3 (e.g., the internal spaces 311 and 321 of the shell section 31 and the light-transmitting section 32) to achieve the vacuum requirement of the anti-condensation chamber 3.
[0036] [Example 3]
[0037] Please refer to Figures 10 to 13, which are embodiments of the present invention. Since this embodiment is similar to embodiment one described above, the similarities between the two embodiments will not be repeated. The main difference between this embodiment and embodiment one lies in the anti-condensation chamber 3 and its connection relationship, which are explained below:
[0038] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 10 to 12, the anti-condensation chamber 3 can be used to accommodate the test object O disposed on the bearing end face 21, and the anti-condensation chamber 3 covers the environmental simulation chamber 1 within it and is not in communication with it. In this embodiment, the environmental simulation chamber 1 and the anti-condensation chamber 3 are isolated from each other and not in communication through the heat-conducting seat 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0039] The anti-condensation chamber 3 is used to allow a dry gas to flow within it, thereby effectively preventing condensation. In this embodiment, the anti-condensation chamber 3 can be used to allow the dry gas with a dew point temperature between 10°C and -130°C to flow within it, and the temperature of the dry gas can be room temperature (e.g., 15°C to 30°C), but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0040] More specifically, in this embodiment, the environmental simulation chamber 1 is defined and formed by being surrounded by the anti-condensation chamber 3, and the heat-conducting seat 2 is located within the environmental simulation chamber 1 by being installed in the anti-condensation chamber 3. For ease of understanding, the specific structure of the anti-condensation chamber 3 that can realize the above architecture will be further described in the following content, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0041] More specifically, the anti-condensation chamber 3 includes a shell section 31 and a layered, light-transmitting section 32 connected to the shell section 31. In this embodiment, the structure of the shell section 31 and the heat-conducting base 2, and their connection relationship, are roughly the same as in Embodiment 1 (e.g., the heat-conducting base 2 has a thermal conductivity coefficient greater than or equal to 10 W / m•k). However, in this embodiment, the annular wall 312 of the shell section 31 further includes a partition wall 3125 connected to the inner wall 3121 and located away from the end wall 3123.
[0042] Further, the partition wall 3125 is annular, and the partition wall 3125 has an opening 3126 located between the environmental simulation chamber 1 and the anti-condensation chamber 3. Furthermore, the heat-conducting seat 2 abuts against the partition wall 3125 and closes the opening 3126, so that the environmental simulation chamber 1 and the anti-condensation chamber 3 are located, and the test object O disposed on the bearing end face 21 is located in the anti-condensation chamber 3. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described structure.
[0043] It should be further noted that the temperature control device 100 may be further configured with a plurality of gaskets G, one of the gaskets G may be clamped between the partition wall 3125 of the annular wall 312 and the heat-conducting seat 2, and another gasket G may be clamped between the end wall 3123 of the annular wall 312 and the base 313, so that the environmental simulation chamber 1 can achieve a better airtight effect.
[0044] In this embodiment, the light-transmitting segment 32 is a solid single-layer structure, and the space surrounded by the light-transmitting segment 32 is connected to the housing segment 31 (e.g., the internal space 311). The light-transmitting segment 32 has a transmittance of 85% to 95% for light with wavelengths between 400 nanometers (nm) and 700 nanometers. For example, the light-transmitting segment 32 may be made of at least one of glass (e.g., optical glass or quartz glass) or sapphire.
[0045] More specifically, to enable the light-transmitting segment 32 to have better performance, it may have at least some of the following features. Specifically, the light-transmitting segment 32 is spherical, and its center may be located on the bearing end face 21. Furthermore, in the cross-section of the light-transmitting segment 32, the light-transmitting segment 32 has a first central angle σ1 between 0 degrees and 180 degrees, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG13, the light-transmitting segment 32 may also have a flat layered structure.
[0046] In summary, in this embodiment, the temperature control device 100 can effectively prevent water vapor from condensing in the light source path of the test object O through the structural design and mutual matching of the environmental simulation chamber 1, the heat conduction seat 2, and the anti-condensation chamber 3, thereby allowing the light source energy emitted by the test object O to pass through the light transmission section 32 for accurate measurement.
[0047] [Example 4]
[0048] Please refer to Figures 14 and 15, which illustrate Embodiment 4 of the present invention. Since this embodiment is similar to Embodiment 3 described above, the similarities between the two embodiments will not be repeated. The differences between this embodiment and Embodiment 3 described above are roughly as follows:
[0049] In this embodiment, the anti-condensation chamber 3 is in a vacuum state (e.g., the air pressure of the anti-condensation chamber 3 is between 10e-12 MPa and ~10e5 MPa), thereby achieving the function of preventing condensation. More specifically, the annular wall 312 (e.g., the outer wall 3122) can be formed with an inlet 3124 to evacuate the anti-condensation chamber 3, thereby achieving the vacuum requirement of the anti-condensation chamber 3.
[0050] [Technical Effects of the Embodiments of the Invention]
[0051] In summary, the photoelectric measurement device and temperature control device disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, through the structural design and mutual matching of the environmental simulation chamber, the heat-conducting base, and the anti-condensation chamber, enable the anti-condensation chamber (by filling it with the dry gas or creating a vacuum) to effectively prevent water vapor from condensing in the light source path of the object under test, thereby allowing the light source energy emitted by the object under test to pass through the light-transmitting section for accurate measurement. Furthermore, the structural configuration of the photoelectric measurement device and the temperature control device also facilitates more accurate measurement results in high-temperature environments.
[0052] The content disclosed above is only a preferred and feasible embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the patent scope of the present invention.
