Device and method for measuring fluidic nanoparticle

Abstract

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a fluid nanoparticle measurement apparatus, which may include: a flow cell configured to allow flow of a liquid sample containing nanoparticles; a laser generating unit that irradiates the flow cell with a pulsed laser beam; a flow control unit that controls the flow of the liquid sample within the flow cell; and a signal detection unit that detects a signal from plasma generated in the flow cell by the pulsed laser beam, wherein the signal detection unit includes a spectrometer that performs spectral analysis of the light signal from the plasma to obtain information about the nanoparticles.
