The current invention provides high specificity monoclonal antibodies or lectins as probes, which can specifically bind to Gd-IgA1 as a novel non-invasive method for rapid detecting of urinary samples from IgAN subjects, which can elevate effectively to diagnosing IgA nephropathy.
