A display panel including a first polarizer, a second polarizer, a liquid crystal layer, a first quarter-wave plate and a second quarter-wave plate is provided. The first polarizer has a first absorption axis. The second polarizer overlaps the first polarizer and has a second absorption axis. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first polarizer and the second polarizer, and has a liquid crystal alignment axial direction.
