Abstract

Display devices are disclosed, in which a transparent electrode layer is disposed on a substrate of an array unit to form a transparent layer slit; a reflective electrode layer is disposed on a transparent electrode layer to form a reflective layer slit, wherein the width of the transparent layer slit is less than that of the reflective layer slit; alternatively, a reflective electrode layer is disposed on both a transparent electrode layer and the substrate to form a reflective layer slit, wherein the width of the reflective layer slit is less than that of the transparent layer slit, and a light-shielding layer is provided on the reflective electrode layer surrounding the transparent layer slit. In this way, dark-state light leakage between sub-pixels can be prevented, thereby effectively enhancing the display performance of the display device.
