Abstract

An aspect of the present disclosure features a computer device. The computer device includes a read-only memory configured to execute a BIOS. The computer device also includes a LED indicator. The computer device also includes an embedded controller (EC) coupled to the ROM and the LED indicator. The EC includes an input interface. During the input interface receiving a first input signal which is activated, and after the input interface receiving a second input signal which is activated and then deactivated, the EC enables the LED indicator to flash by preset number of times, and enables the ROM to execute the BIOS in a debug mode.
