Abstract

This invention provides a row and column scanning control system based on sleep and wake-up functional chips, consisting of a linear Hall effect chip matrix and a main control unit. The chip matrix is arranged in an N×M structure, with each chip having a sleep pin, a wake-up pin, and a signal output pin. The main control unit has N sets of sleep ports, wake-up ports, and M sets of acquisition input ports. The sleep and wake-up pins of each row of chips are shorted to their corresponding ports, and the signal output pins of each column of chips are shorted to their acquisition input ports. The main control unit manages the matrix by controlling the sleep and wake-up pins through logic. The system supports high-speed progressive scan, high-speed interlaced scan, and medium-speed scan modes to meet the needs of real-time performance and power consumption optimization in different application scenarios. When a change in magnetic field is detected in sleep mode, the chip can send an interrupt signal to the main control unit through the wake-up pin, enabling the system to respond quickly. This invention supports three scan modes and also features low power consumption, making it particularly suitable for applications such as tri-mode keyboards.
