Abstract

A method for managing delivery orders, the method being performed by at least one processor, is disclosed. The method includes identifying a plurality of delivery orders, identifying a plurality of couriers capable of processing at least one of the plurality of delivery orders, generating a plurality of first allocation plans for assigning the plurality of delivery orders to the plurality of couriers based on information associated with the plurality of delivery orders and information associated with the plurality of couriers, generating a plurality of second allocation plans by selecting a first allocation plan that satisfies a predetermined condition among the plurality of first allocation plans based on a number of bundled orders included in each of the plurality of first allocation plans, calculating a distance gain according to each of the plurality of second allocation plans, and selecting a final allocation plan based on the calculated distance gain, and each of the plurality of first allocation plans comprises at least one bundled order in which two or more delivery orders are grouped.
