Abstract

The method of the present invention implemented via an electronic device may include the following steps: confirming the store corresponding to the user; confirming the information of the current tariff plan and the automatic change tariff plan currently in use for the store; transmitting a contract management page including the information of the current tariff plan and the information of the automatic change tariff plan to the user's terminal; receiving a cancellation request to cancel the automatic change; in response to the cancellation request, providing a first guidance interface including guidance information and a cancellation confirmation interface element, the guidance information being about the application exception of the offer corresponding to the automatic change tariff plan, the cancellation confirmation interface element being used to receive a confirmation request for the cancellation request; receiving the confirmation request for the cancellation request; removing the information of the automatic change tariff plan corresponding to the store from the contract management page in response to the store canceling the automatic change to the automatic change tariff plan; and activating a first tariff plan change request interface element in the contract management page for requesting a change to the automatic change tariff plan.
