Abstract

This disclosure reveals an electronic device and a method for manufacturing and repairing a tiled electronic device. The tiled electronic device includes a frame and multiple electronic modules, with the multiple electronic modules arranged on the frame. The frame includes multiple guide holes, and each electronic module includes multiple positioning holes corresponding to the multiple guide holes. The operation method includes: providing a fixture including multiple guide posts; identifying defective electronic modules among the multiple electronic modules; removing the defective electronic modules; providing replacement electronic modules; inserting the multiple guide posts through the multiple guide holes and into the multiple positioning holes of the replacement electronic modules; driving the replacement electronic modules to move towards the frame through the guide posts; and securing the electronic modules onto the frame.
