Communication method and communication apparatus with integrated millimeter wave

Abstract

This application provides a communication method and apparatus with integrated millimeter wave. The method may include: obtaining dynamic information of a first station, where the dynamic information is used to indicate at least one of the following: an orientation of the first station, a beam orientation of the first station, and a visibility condition between the first station and a second station; and receiving a dynamic information update indication, where the dynamic information update indication is used to indicate whether the dynamic information is updated. According to the technical solutions of this application, by introducing dynamic information that reflects the orientation of the station, the beam orientation, or the visibility condition into the IMMW communication scenario, and proposing an update procedure for the dynamic information, it is possible to better determine an appropriate beam direction and communication strategy in the IMMW communication scenario, thereby improving the communication quality of high-frequency communication.
